Mitra,

First of all, I would like to thank you for the wonderful experience Emilie is having. Everyday she tells me she feels like the luckiest girl in the world. She has completed her classes and has received very positive feedback from all, one even told her after she performed a monologue for him to “go audition you are ready”. Wow! you can only imagine how that made her feel, I think my 4ft 3in daughter felt at-least 6ft at that moment, mom and dad were feeling pretty proud too.

Mitra, when I told Emilie that I was writing to you I asked her if there was anything she would like to say, so this next part is from her:

Hi Mitra, Thank You for making all this possible for me, I feel like it’s a dream come true. I love the classes. Things that used to make me feel shy and nervous don’t make me feel that way anymore. A matter of fact, it’s hard for me to think I ever felt that way. I love you Mitra, Emilie.

Emilie had her first Showcase on 04/08 and she feels it went very well, she said all the Agents laughed at the appropriate places and that at the end they were surprised to find out she’s an only child since her monologue had to do with her and her brother.

Anyway keep your fingers crossed I’m sure will find out something soon and in the mean time she plans to continue taking classes and looking into some local theater experience.
