The Membership Coordinator wanted.
The Membership Coordinator position increases the efficiency with which company’s business is conducted and promoted; it also increases member satisfaction and retention. Head and administer company’s membership department.
Organize the department, communicate with and retain program providers, and coordinate the programs offered with various needs of company’s members.
Develop strong understanding of program curriculum, changes made from time to time; explain and present program curriculum to our members; represent our business to our members, and to the public at large through public relations duties; act as liaison between our program providers (entertainment industry professionals) and our members; conduct all scheduling and logistical arrangements between members and programs offered; maintain accurate and up to date records and data concerning each client and each provider.
Promote the image and vision of our company, evaluate the needs and wishes of our existing members, and provide feedback to company about program developments. Participate actively in event and program organization and planning.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations or equivalent and 2 years experience
