Have you ever watched a TV show or commercial and thought “My child could do that!” or “My kid is just as cute!”?
Perhaps an opportunity presented itself and your family is considering it for the first time. Like any decision, you need more information to make an educated one. Where would you turn to get this information?
Odds are you do not have a well-connected relative in showbiz who can tell you everything you need to know. You could do some research on your own, but then you’d just discover there are tools your child needs. Where would you get those? If you are “in the loop” and are aware of acting auditions for kids, or if you are able to get your teenager in front of an acting agent for teens, are you sure your child is prepared and could nail the audition?
